Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our educational webinar

Who is this webinar for?

This webinar is designed for anyone interested in understanding the cultural and social dimensions of tattoos. Whether you have tattoos, are considering getting one, work in fields where body art perception matters, or simply want to explore how tattoos function as cultural symbols, you'll find valuable insights in these sessions. No prior knowledge or personal experience with tattoos is required.

Do I need to have tattoos to participate?

No, absolutely not. This educational series is open to everyone, regardless of whether you have tattoos. The webinar examines tattoos from cultural, social, and personal perspectives, making it relevant to anyone interested in self-expression, cultural symbols, or social perception. Participants without tattoos often gain valuable understanding about how body art influences social dynamics.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Registered participants will receive information about session recordings via email. We aim to make the content accessible to those who cannot attend live sessions, while respecting the interactive nature of the Q&A discussions. Details about accessing recordings will be provided to registered participants.

Can I ask questions during the Q&A part?

Yes! Each session includes dedicated time for questions and discussion. Participants are encouraged to engage with the topics, share observations, and ask questions. The Q&A format allows for interactive dialogue with the speakers and creates opportunities for participants to explore specific aspects of the topic that interest them most.

Is the webinar really free?

Yes, participation in all four sessions is completely free. This is an educational initiative, not a commercial service. There are no fees, no upsells, and no commercial products being promoted. Our goal is to create accessible educational content about tattoo culture and social perception.

How many sessions are included in the series?

The complete series includes four online educational sessions, all scheduled for April. Each session is 60-90 minutes long and covers different aspects of tattoos in culture. By attending all four sessions, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic. However, you can benefit from individual sessions even if you cannot attend the entire series.

In which languages is the webinar available?

The primary language for the webinar series is English. All presentations, discussions, and materials will be in English. If there is sufficient interest, we may explore providing optional French language support for certain sessions, but English proficiency is recommended for full participation.

What should I expect from the content?

The webinar provides educational content about how tattoos function as personal expression, cultural symbols, and elements that influence social perception. The discussion is informative and analytical, examining real-world contexts without making promises about personal outcomes. This is an exploration of cultural topics, not a program promising specific results or life changes.
